During spermatogenesis, which of the following undergoes meiosis II to produce four haploid mature sperm cells? Haploid primary spermatocyte Diploid secondary spermatocyte Secondary spermatocytes

OpenStudy (matt101):

Meiosis I separates homologous pairs of chromosomes, so the cells produced by this process will become haploid. Meiosis II separates double-stranded chromosomes, but doesn't change the number of chromosomes in each daughter cell, so the cells produced will still be haploid. Primary spermatocytes undergo meiosis I to produce secondary spermatocytes. Secondary spermatocytes undergo meiosis II to produce spermatids. So with this information...which of your three options do you think is right?
