Because i clicked ip check then searched an ip of a member and sure enough they living in neworleans louisiana (i clicked mine and another person )

They don't work. They only appear to users who create there first alt. It happened to me when i had my @Poke~Master314  account. They go away after you start helping and getting medals. And no, they don't work.
