descolgar, decir, and colgar all need to be conjugated in the yo form in the preterite... remember these verbs will have special forms.

Yo descolgar el telephono para marcar el numero y decir una historia a mi amiga. Salude a mi amiga y dije adios y colgar.

The second sentence would be written like this "Salude a mi amiga, le dije adios, y le colge."
