I dont't need definitions. It's fill in the blank but I need help finding out the one that fills in the blank.

OpenStudy (inowalst):

Tengo una prima. __ prima se llama Carla. I have a cousin. __ cousin's name is Carla. Mi - My (singular) Mis - My (plural) Tu - Your Vuestra - Our (formal) If we're talking about one person, her cousin, which would the answer be? Also, it says 'i' so that should be a hint.
