can someone help or at least guide me i have five questions like this one and i never learned this but yet i still have it as hw. First one is: 1. A human piece of pottery is dated at 16,750 years old by using carbon -14. How many half lives have passed since the pottery was made?

By Googling Carbon 14 I was reminded that the half-life is 5730 years. How many sets of that are in the given number of years?
