they should have it where you have to have a smartscore of 50ss and at least one title to use chat because thier always low ss in chat spamming saying weird things so it's just a thought :/

or they could add a subject for new users where users can ask questions.....? plus if your on openstudy for chat then your on for the wrong reason xD

There are a lot of people that only come for the chats... Sometimes they will ask or answer a question or 2, but not often
