If you think about it, A and B are the same thing. For one answer you cant have 2 results be the same. D just makes no sesne. So even by elimination, only C remains, but in Information Science, one of the things I have studied, they commonly talk about databases as a way to sort and store information so that it can be looked up as needed by the required criteria.
