PLEASE HELP ME

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think B is the right answer... I THINK.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@iSki thanks for the help :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No problem, I think I got a warning for it though. -_-

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Something tells me the admin on her are rather grouchy.

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

The stuff inside the parentheses is a _________? {Power, Product, or Quotient} The parentheses are raised to a _________? {Power, Product, or Quotient}

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Moderators are not grouchy. If you don't follow the rules, you get a warning. No grouch about it. Please follow the rules.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Product or Quotient? @tkhunny

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Fill in the blanks. The answer mentioned only those three things, so I thought it reasonable to restrict your answers to those three things. Do you see any "quotient" at all, in there? No. This restricts your choice to "product" and "power". Fill in the blanks.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

product @tkhunny

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Which blank are you filling in with "product"?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1.power? 2.product

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no one is product @tkhunny

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

There you go. Now, answer the question. You do the product first, then the power. This makes it a ???

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Since the product is first, which answer suggests we are doing something to a product?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@tkhunny

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

C. implies that we are doing the power first. Do you have a listing? This question is a bit odd. The expression on the left is a power of a product. The expression on the right is a product of powers. Does that help answer the question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont know :(

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

As you should be. It is a strange question. You will have to consult your course materials. In my opinion, in the absence of better information, we should decide what happened when reading from left to right. Since we start with a power of a product, I think that is the answer that is wanted. Had we read from right to left, the answer would have been a product of powers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think power of a product and thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes it power of a product! :)
