Biology 17 Online
OpenStudy (anonymous):

A medical biologist is examining one of many cells that are produced during the human oogenesis process. The cell is haploid, meaning that it has 23 chromosomes, and it was removed from the body shortly after it entered the fallopian tube. The cell had begun the process of meiosis II, but did not finish it. What type of cell is the biologist most likely examining? a fertilized egg a polar body a primary oocyte a secondary oocyte
