i think it gets harder the higher you get. ex: i got like 40 points in 2 days and now it won't go up

You can increase your engagement SmartScore by asking questions and getting on OS daily. You can increase your problem solving by answering questions. And you can increase the teamwork smartscore by fanning other people. But you should probably take a look at this link for a better explanation on the SS.
