Imagine yourself in the roles of the defendant and the plaintiff, and write a description of the events that occurred on that day, first from the perspective of the plaintiff and then from the perspective of the defendant. Note that the voice of the descriptions—effectively dialogues—should reflect the characters’ respective social roles.
