Now I see it

OpenStudy (brycehale):

One sec

OpenStudy (brycehale):

Your answer is correct!

OpenStudy (brycehale):

When you have 2 numbers in the middle such as 19 and 20 you have to average the 2.

OpenStudy (unanimoose):

Yes, you are correct. :)

OpenStudy (brycehale):

If you had an odd amount of numbers you would not have had to average the 2

OpenStudy (quickstudent):

Thanks!

OpenStudy (unanimoose):

And like @BryceHale said you can find the average by adding them together and dividing by two when there is an even amount of numbers. \[Average = \frac{ (a + b) } { 2 }\]

OpenStudy (brycehale):

So 19 + 20 = 39 --> 39 divided by 2 = 19.5

OpenStudy (brycehale):

Good job and God Bless

OpenStudy (quickstudent):

Thanks:) You too:)
