if we were to do that then it wold slow openstudy a lot, even tho it has problems still this will just be a added feature and might have problems as well. I know what your thinking. why cant we block people like we can on fb or something like that...but it is a good thought tho..and i dont think they can control the chats like they can with the question pods

It's pointless because they would have to redesign a whole new chat just to satisfy an individual. If you haven't noticed chats are not moderated frequently there mostly just api's and bots. It's not something we NEED this is something that would befit like 3 people.

Maybe after they fix things like new design and lag issues then maybe it could be considered.

Tagging mods is key to recognition, it boost your chances of recognition for 0.002% to 0.015%.

why don't you post it in thomaster's suggestion box, so that you can get a feedback straightly from him? it seems like you don't want to accept other people's input, so i think that's a better option for you. That's what I used to do whenever I wanted to suggest something :)
