On an average you can assume that a strip pertaining to a male group of particular age, has maximum of 30,000 population, so even if there are about 10 age groups, that's only a maximum 600,000 population for males and females combined, so it can't possibly be D.To compare population growth rate, you'd need a population and time plot instead of population and age plot, so it cannot be B either.Clearly the number of males and females are about the same at the age of 80 so it also cannot be C.I think it's A

actually there maybe about 15 strips even, I didn't count, but I don't think it'd add upto more than 2million
