None of this has to do with computers or laptops as items. It is web design. Is this in a design or intro to CS class? They should have given you a reference to basic HTML for this. Some sort of tag list like this: http://www.karlcleveland.com/151/htmltags.htm

It is not a matter of intelligence but rather exposure. How would you know about HTML if you never saw it before? That list should have everything you need.
