In what direction does an applied force move an object? I believe it is in the same direction but i figure ill ask to make sure. in the same direction as the force independent of the force in the opposite direction of the force perpendicular to the force

yeah i've asked one other question a long time ago, but that was it. I don't need help often, but when i do i would much rather go on here and get some help rather than go to my high school or something of the sort.
