I just thought about a couple things. First, why is putting your question in the chats considered spam? Second, is giving a direct answer in the chats versus on a post still considered giving a direct answer?

1. It is hard to help a user in the chats with people taking in the middle. It's like helping in a question when two other users are talking about their personal lives.
