What is the median of the following set of data? 48, 42, 51, 45, 42, 42, 39, 53, 48 39 37 45 42
Do you know what Median means?
put them from least to greatest and find then when you have them least to greatest then find the one thats in the middle
39, 42, 42, 42, 45, 48, 48, 51, 53
If you dont it means, that when you order the numbers from least to greatest, when you get them sorted, you mark off the numbers each side till you get the middle, and when you do, that is your answer BUT!!! however if there was two median, you add them together and divide by 2, and you get your answers as a median. ;)
45
The median is when you put all the numbers in order from least to greatest and then find the middle number. So can you put those numbers in order for me @Sunnyo
I can walk you through the rest once we do that.
it's 42

You got it @Sunnyo Great job :D
OK..
so we should get something like this 39, 42, 42 ,42, 45, 48, 48, 51 , 53
mark off each side
one by one
its 45
It is?!
no it 45 youre right sunny ;)
