OpenStudy (compassionate):

i. Site lag is an issue. It's not experienced by everyone, but some people get the blunt of it. ii. You cannot sue OpenStudy or its affiliation for server issues Often enough, the lag is on your side and not ours'. OpenStudy takes a little bit to load with all the LaTex, live updates, chats, and SmartScore. If the site is not loading properly, try clearing your cache then refreshing. I find it helpful to leave OpenStudy completely then go back to it like I'm just logging on. Accounts have been known to suddenly break, too. In this instance, contact Preetha (CEO; head Admin and Co-Founder). At certain parts of the day there's a high increase in traffic which can cause you to lag. It's best to wait this out. If you still receive lag, infinite loading, pages not coming up correctly, try messging someone else and ask if its happening to them, too. If not, or if it persists, email Contact@OpenStudy.com and explain the issue in detail. Thank you.

the blunt? More like the brunt... cx Anyhow, Compassionate has a good point. You can do everything he has suggested, and please note that the development team is doing their best to fix these issues. Thanks your patience :)

OpenStudy (january123):

o...k i was jk about the sue and everything, i was just trying to prove my point

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

Understood, @january123 :) Who would want to sue OS anyway? We get so much awesome learning done here :)
