well if you look at the formula you can plug it in

theres another formula you can use which is easier and gives the same answer \[A=\frac{ a+b }{ 2 }h\]

so look at the picture it says A=14 b=21 h=10 plug it in and what do we get

\[A=\frac{ 14+21 }{ 2}(10)\]
