I'm trying to determine the mass of an exoplanet, but my numbers aren't quite adding up.. I tried fitting all my work on here but I ran out of room so long story short: My calculated mass was either 8.57E23 or 4.28E23, when the mass on the site I was on had it as either 1.16E28, or 5.86E27. Are these differences too large and telling of a mistake I made or is it just a bit more technology and experience on their part?
