Can human service corporations care for the poor and multi-problem clients while continuing to generate profits? What ethical issues are involved?

Sure they are both conflict of interest eg hospital can do a great job of making money while still helping the poor. But usually people don't do this for the money but for humanity and sense of assisting others.

Thank you for your response. Human service coporations are greedy and along the way the level of care must diminsh or get overlooked for the sake of profit. What do you think would be some of the ethical issues to consider?
