Ron Swift earned $1,500 last week. He is married, is paid biweekly, and claims two exemptions. Using the percentage method (use tables in the handbook), his income tax is: I found the amount in the table but I don't know the steps please help

This guy earns $750 a week, thus $ 3000 a month, which makes $ 36000 a year. If the tax rate is 20%, then his income tax would be 0.20 * 36000. His net income will be 0.80*36000 (this is what he gets on his bankaccount).
