So \(\Large y=2.26x+\color{red}{12.84} \)

Where x is the additional mins, y is the total cost, and 12.84 represents the flat cost.

Just sub \(\large \color{green}{x=12} \)

So \(\Large y=\color{blue}{2.26(12)}+\color{red}{12.84} \)
