Who is responsible for bullies and their victims?

Alot of the time it leads us to the house of the bully. If they get beat up or yelled at and such in their own house, why would they care if they hurt someone else?

Bullies, most of the time(if not all), hurt others for no reason. It doesn't matter whether you lost someone close to you or that you get hurt at home, that DOES NOT mean you have to go out and hurt someone to the point of wanting to commit suicide, which has happened so many times.

Sometimes, bullies hurt others because of jealousy. They dont show it, but because someone is smarter than them or better in school, or other things, that's why they get picked on. If a bully sees a nerdy, little, skinny kid, that will be their target JUST because he's little and they know he wouldn't fight back. But you dont see bullies picking on people that are twice their size. So basically, they know who to mess with and not.
