Henry tossed a coin several times and recorded the number of heads and tails in the following table: Side of Coin Number of Tosses Heads 12 Tails 18 What is the experimental probability of getting heads? 0.4 0.7 1.2 1.8

@MuzykLyfe

OpenStudy (muzyklyfe):

0.7 i think

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I fixed the question

OpenStudy (muzyklyfe):

Cause its not quite 1 so the closes would be .7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok thx thats wat i thought it was :) lol

OpenStudy (muzyklyfe):

lol

OpenStudy (javk):

hey...umm guys, experimental probability is the actual number of times the heads showed up divided by the total number of tries `the total number of tries = 12 + 18` so the probability that heads will show up is: `12 / 30 = 0.4`
