I understand that the difference between 18.01 and 18.01SC is that "SC" stands for "self-contained" and therefore doesn't require the book. How is 18.01SC formatted so that the viewer doesn't need the book? I am going to need example problems and solutions in order to get this in my head. (I took Calc 1 and 2 almost 20 years ago so I know from experience)
