So I guess the whole group just suck because you don't want to look into a synonym dictionary to find out what "stratified" means (google it?) and we don't reply to something that isn't a question, but just a statement without any clue what it is about?
Many are answering questions even without we knowing the answer for sure, but we can't answer things that are simply not a question.

Fact 1. This isnt the first question or the fifth question thats went unanswered or viewed. Fact 2. isnt this site suppose to help me with something i dont know even if i decide i dont want to use google.

Yes there are many questions that goes unviewed (highly unfortunate) but some with good reason, other because nobody wants to answer, and others because people doesn't know.

But if you look at the key people answering questions there ain't really that many. Also I don't think OS was made to start educating people from the very button, we somewhat expect people to have at least some idea what they are asking about.
