So I believe it's A, but WAIT! I'm giving an explanation why. So if you spelled icecream like how I just did, it wouldn't make any sense. It's not technically a word.
But if you put a dash between the ice and the cream, it becomes one. You can do that with anything, and it can potentially become a word like pickle-feet or front-butt.
