Question

Please help. I am struggling to open Spanish I. I seem to have downloaded it OK but, when I double click on START, I just get a page telling me to Click here to continue but nothing happens when I click. I would very much appreciate some help.

Try refreshing the page if not then log out and clear your cookies and restart your browser and log in and try it again :D

Um.... what did you download? A PDF? You might need the updated PDF viewer. A sound file? Might need a CODEC. A program provided by your school? Might need them to help support it.

OK, I feel really stupid. I hadn't unzipped the original file. It isn't something I need to do very often so it never crossed my mind. Thank you so much for your suggestions, guys. I just really appreciated someone sending me a reply.

AH! Yah, that makes sense. If it is zipped, it only lets you see one file at a time.
