Primero se toma un justo al lado de la calzada. Al llegar a la primera curva , tomar otro derecho . Gire a la izquierda , seguir recto por un tiempo, luego gire a la derecha . Al final de la carretera verá Publix . Gire a la derecha en allí y que han llegado

I know that Gire isn't right, but what do i replace it with?

I think it sounds perfect, "Gire" is the right term. Although change the last sentence that says "Gire a la derecha y a han llegado a su destinacion"

instead of saying "recto" say "derecho"
