Check my answer please!! :) Organize the following expressions from greatest to least by number of terms 6x^2 18x^2 + 5ab - 6y 8a - 5 4x^3 + 3x^2 - x - 4 Options: II, III, IV, I IV, II, I, III III, II, I, IV IV, II, III, I I'm 95% sure it's B. What do you guys think?

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

It's not B.. but you're close.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So then it would be D? But why? I thought 8a -5 would be last.. :c

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

Well, it's by the number of terms, not by the highest power. III has 2 terms and I only has 1 term. So, yes, it's D

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):

Do you understand now?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh I get it now, number of terms!! Okay thank you so much! Medal for you :D

OpenStudy (bloomlocke367):
