What makes the Magna Carta a significant document? It set up a republic that functioned like the Roman society. It was the first time common people were involved in government. It created different branches of government with balances. It was the first time people took power from a king.

This is what i read. Magna Carta was arguably the most significant early influence on the extensive historical process that led to the rule of constitutional law today in the English speaking world. Magna Carta influenced the development of the common law and many constitutional documents, including the United States. but i dont see the answerrr, well i do but not the multiple choice answer.
