An expert archer tried to shoot an arrow into a target lying at the bottom of a shallow pool. Even though the water did not change the direction of the arrow, the archer missed the mark by several inches. Which interaction between light and matter caused the archer to miss the target? A. reflection of light passing from water to air B. transmission of light passing from water to air C. absorption of light passing from water to air D. refraction of light passing from water to air I think A

Imma tell you right now.... @aaronq is right
Thanks
What I drew above would be the light's path as it's entering the water. The light reflected off the fish will refract on it's path out of the water in a similar way and it will appear that the fish is located off to the side.
