Mutually Exclusive events cannot happen at the same time. The occurence of one prevents the other from happening. Looking at the first option: rolling a multiple of 2 and a multiple of 4 These two events could happen at the same time if you rolled a "4." Four is a multiple of 2 and also a multiple of 4. So, these two events are NOT mutually exclusive. Look at the other options to find the two events that are mutually exclusive. h
