Design improvement: How about every time people come in OS Feedback they will see a notice telling them what is considered spam in OpenStudy Feedback. A similar thing can be put in other sections.

My idea is to add owl designs for the subjects.

New Feature: There should be a program in which people under 18 can practice becoming a mod. If they do well they should have an option of becoming one. There should be a test to see if the person is mature enough. Maybe you can test the person for a few days to see how well they can do. There can also be a smartscore limit. Like the person can only take the test if he is above 75 ss.

New Feature: You know how on the profile it says questions asked, medals, etc. Well some people are making tutorials and it counts as a question asked.
Can there be a feature that says "Make a Tutorial" because I don't want it to be a question. And it should also affect your ss subscore that says engagement just like a question does.
So if people go to a user's profile they can see all the tutorials the user made. It would be faster than looking through the users asked questions.
There should also be a feature in the tutorials that people can't reply until the tutorial is finished. Usually the tutorials have someone's reply here and there.
There should also be a button that says "View all {subject} Tutorials" so users can see tutorials for that particular subject. There could be more options that you guys can add.
This feature would be very helpful and I am sure many other users that make tutorials would agree with this.

New Feature: Edit button only in tutorials. (See earlier suggestion of tutorial.)

Improvement of an existing feature: Decimal medals. Like if two people helped then you could give half a medal to those people.

New Feature: Someone already suggested chat mods. So I have a few ideas on that.
The chat mods will not be regular mods like ganeshie8 and Abhisar. Instead they can only delete spam chats. Whatever they delete will be sent to the mods so the mods can see if it was okay and also for future reference. Maybe only some of the best users on here can become a chat mod.

Well there need to be an edit for every reply, and

That can be an ultra-spam for mods if a troll is on and knows what to do

If a troll starts tagging a mod every minute then a mod can come and suspend them. But it will limit a trolls ability to tag spam.

Partly because it's not a question. It's a suggestion. I don't ask questions. I just want to make tutorials.

I really want it to go from "questions asked" to "posts created".
