Darwin was not the first. I can't think of the first guy's name, but there was someone else who published before him. If that guy hadnt published, Darwin may have never published himself. B was someone who thought similarly, (again, cant remember the name of the guy right now) but that was not Darwin. Darwin proposed that Natural Selection was the primary source of evolution. The answer is D

The answer is definitely D. As for the first person to propose "evolution"...did a quick search and the idea actually dates back to Heraclitus (500 BC). But the person you might be thinking of is Lamarck.
