Simplify \[\sqrt{72}-3\sqrt{12}+\sqrt{192}\]

OpenStudy (lyrae):

\[72 = 2^3 \times 3^2 \]\[12 = 2^2 \times 3\]\[192 = 2^6 \times 3\] Use power and root laws to simplify \(x^{a+b} = x^a \times x^b\) (e.g. 3^4 = 3^3 * 3^1) \[x^{a \times b} = (x^a)^b\]\[\sqrt{a^2} = a\]\[\sqrt{a \times b} = \sqrt{a} \times \sqrt{b}\]
