thats okay you don't need to master them.. but know that they are the key in understanding more advanced microprocessors/controllers. almost all the fundamental concepts remain same : fetch-decode-execute cycle etc.. ofcourse there will be advanced features because of pipelining and multicores in modern processors but once you know how 8085 works, you will find it easy to understand every other processor
