Can you help me solve the rest of these fractions?? The first fraction will be the original question, second would be what I've solved it to so far. 1. (2/3)^2 2. 2/3^2 1. (2x^6/y^4)^3 2. 2/^18/y^12 1. (3/4)^-2 2. 3^-2/4^-2 PLEASEE Help !

OpenStudy (amorfide):

you have 2/3 in brackets all squared this is the same as 2/3 x 2/3 so use your rules for multiplying fractions (2x2)/(3x3)

OpenStudy (amorfide):

with a negative power, remember that means the whole thing squared, then take the reciprocal (1/ answer)

So for (2/3)^2 ... What you said to do was multiply 2x2 / 3x3 ? (4/6) ? What do you do with the ^2? And can you help me with the others too.. I honestly don't understand how to do them.
