The cerebral cortex are were the memories are stored. So you can safely say it won't be C or D.

The cerebrum or cortex, is the largest part of the human brain. This is where things like Memory,perception, imagination, thought, judgment, and decision occur. The cerebral cortex is divided into four sections, called "lobes".
