OpenStudy (logan13):

Which word in the sentence is the predicate adjective? The flowers on that dogwood tree are white. A. dogwood B. flowers C. tree D. white

OpenStudy (logan13):

@paki

OpenStudy (zyi6):

I would have to say D. but what do you think?

OpenStudy (logan13):

a

OpenStudy (xx_gamergirl_xx):

I would say D as well but y do u think it is A?

OpenStudy (logan13):

idk it sounds right

OpenStudy (xx_gamergirl_xx):

oh ok well I believe u r wrong I believe it is D because I just finished this lesson in K12 and I got 100% so I should be right if not sorry

OpenStudy (zyi6):

I think it is D because "white" is in the predicate of the sentence, and it is an adjective, so i thought it was D. Also, if @xX_GamerGirl_Xx got a 100% on this test, then it's problably right.

OpenStudy (xx_gamergirl_xx):

:D XD Thx and yea I think it that way to so hopefully we r right :D :) XD

OpenStudy (zyi6):

@logan13, be sure to let us know if it is right!

OpenStudy (inowalst):

Saying what you think is basically giving out answers, so please avoid doing so.

OpenStudy (xx_gamergirl_xx):

yea please and don't forget to close the question since u got the answer please thanks :D
