I don't know where this belongs but can someone tell me why whenever i post a document in a question, no one can open it??

I think its because is locked our the connection is bad :/
If it doesn't work try Screenshot the question to send to people.

OH! This was the problem @sleepyjess mentioned about the iOS App

The Online (computer) desktop version of OpenStudy does not support having files attached to the actual question part of posts @GirlgoyleH.
So the file can only be seen only through and by those people using the App.

Until they fix this problem please try to stick with attaching files to the comments :)

Not sure why, but you may upload it in several ways. Upload in PDF or Microsoft Word. Try those out. If not, then you might would like to ask @e.mccormick about it. I'm sure he knows enough information to tell you something.

Ok, this is what @sleepyhead314 is talking about. In the iOS app, you can attach files to the question. On the computer/desktop version, this is not supported, meaning that everyone on the website cannot see the file. So, just post the file in the comments and everything is good :)
