Hello @idklolt and Welcome to OpenStudy! :) Parallel lines have the same Slope So first find the Slope of the line in that graph then using the "slope-intercept formula" y = mx + b where m = slope and b = y-intercept you can Plug In the Slope you found for (m) then Temporarily plug in the given point (x, y) for x and y and solve for (b) then you will have your equation :)
