Ok one thing you can look at is the actual position of the sphere compared tot he others. The troposphere is the closest on to the earth's surfaces, so do you think weather could occur in this sphere? And then lets say weather did occur here, wouldn't that mean that it would contain 99% of the earth water vapor?

Alright then. Troposhpere is extremely important to us, because it is where the atmosphere is mostly agitated, meaning it is where loghtnings, thunderstorms and rainfalls take place, providing us with electricity and water, respectively. Profounding more, the water provides us essential nutrients required for life and serves as an habitat to organism. The electricity is what makes lighting bright our cities, machines work, availability of jobs, which depend on the electricity, causing an economic growth in a region.
The other good thing about troposphere, is that it provides us the substances of Oxygen, Nitrogen CO2 and water vapour. CO2 is absorbed by plants to photosynthesise, manufacturing nutrients for our consumption; we , animals, plants and humans use it to breathe and to burn fuels, making our machines work. The nitrogen is used to manufacture nitric acid, explosives and fertilizers, that will prosper countless lands that will feed billions of people with food and the explosives are used for constructions.
