Identify the converse of the conditional statement. If it is broken, then fix it. If you do not fix it, then it is not broken. If you fix it, then it is broken. If you fix it, then it is not broken

If it is not broken, then do not fix it. this is the conditional statement

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

conditional statement -- if p then q converse statement -- if q then p so basically you are switching the hypothesis and conclusion. So what do you thin the answer is now ?

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

you already know that the " do not fix it " part is gonna come first...so that eliminates the 1st choice. You do not change the sentence in the fact that it has the word " not " in it. So therefore, your answer would be : if you do not fix it, then it is not broken
