Question???????!!!!!!!!

OpenStudy (jtfan2000):

I took this test. electrons can not stay on the same orbit. and the other is 2NaOH + MgCl2 -> Mg(OH)2(s) + 2NaCl It would be a double replacement reaction and I doubt if it occurs in real life. Everything but the resulting solid precipitate Mg(OH)2 is ions in solution. But you should be doing your own work, not what the internet says.
