If a= 4 and c= 2, then what does 3ac equal?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[3\times 4\times 2\]

OpenStudy (amorfide):

You know what a is, you know what c is, so when working out 3ac you replace a with the value given, and replace c with the value given, so you are just multiplying each number
