OpenStudy (keyonsay):

Class A has about 2 pounds of muscle for each pound of weight. Is the equation: y=5x+2?

OpenStudy (keyonsay):

If a student weighs 100 in body weight, how much does he weigh in muscle weight?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if thats the case then 100 = 5x + 2 so do the inverse operation and you get 100 - 2 which is 98 then you have to divide for 5x and you get 98 divided by 5 which is 19.6. that means is muscle weight is 19.6 pounds or 20 if you round
