Lately on the chats there has been many users who has been spamming for the past weeks. I recall an idea from Compassionate, where users who have a 50+ smartscore can have access to the chats. I think this is a great way to prevent the ceaseless spam that has been going on lately. Please take action rather than just remarking it. >:c

I like the idea of having a SS restriction on the chat, but it could also hurt some of the new users. A lot of them use the chat to post links to their questions in. I know that when a link is posted, most likely, the people who see the link click on it. So I don't know if this could be a good idea or not.

Better up, we can make the chat not allow one user to submit the same message multiple times. Or we can just have it filter the word 'Attar' into something like 'No Spamming'

OS links would be the only type of links for new users to post in the chats or just have a button right next to the "close" button that will say "post link in chat". So new users who are below the SS limit would still be allowed to post the links.

I had suggested something similar a few months ago.

List of possible things to stop spammers:
Email verification
SS limitation
Nice filter for spamming words. Like @TheSmartOne suggested.
Automatic suspension when a user posts the same thing 10 times in a row.
